Integrity • Generosity • Creativity • Humor

To carry the bookkeeping load with integrity and a sense of humor so our clients can continue to do what they started their businesses to do.  Creatively striving to give back and give generously to those less fortunate.

Our Owner

Janet McCarty has worked with a variety of bookkeeping softwares since the early 2000’s. She was office manager for a company that went from $1 million to $9 million in sales while she was there. She was in and out of all areas of QuickBooks in that time.

This was a very natural knowledge and she thought everyone understood the software. What she learned as people found out she knew QuickBooks was that people want to be running whatever business they started, not be chained to their desk because bookkeeping and payroll are a necessary evil.

As Janet began working to help people clean up their bookkeeping nightmares, word of mouth spread and Virtual Bookkeeping USA was born.

We have since expanded our knowledge base and become certified in Xero and FreshBooks as well as Quickbooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Our Team

Emily joined us in the spring of 2017 and is becoming an expert in QB Online as well as QB Desktop. She has taken on every challenge we’ve given her with ease and loves solving those many mystery’s we come upon in our clients books. She is another great addition to our team.

Josh has been working with us since 2015 and has an amazing grasp of the QuickBooks Online software. He can find and fix issues with the greatest of ease and has been an awesome asset to our team.

Brianna has a great attention to detail and is on an on call basis for special project work that comes in and needs to be done in a timely manner. She gets everything done quickly, efficiently and accurately and we love having her as part of the team.

Ryan is our technology guru and also available for special projects should the need arise. He keeps his finger on the pulse of all the upcoming technologies and keeps us running smoothly.

And you yourself must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching.
